Rain Rain Go Away –Come Out and Play! Drummond PTO Fundraiser at Chuck E Cheese on 14 Apr 09, 3:00pm to 9:00 pm, River Point Plaza, 1740 W. Fullerton Avenue. Our school will receive 15% of all purchases made at the register –REMEMBER TO TELL THE CASHIER YOU ARE PART OF THE DRUMMOND SCHOOL FUNDRAISER! Coupons from the web and Sunday Paper will be honored –these can save a ton of $ and are worth a look.

Younger siblings (age two plus) are invited to attend a Friday art-and-play class at Ukranian Village Children’s Center starting the Friday after Spring Break from 9.30 to 11.30. Please email for more information. These classes have a Montessori-vibe and are a great way to prepare sibs for the school experience.
Also, just a reminder that UVCC has some great summer offerings. My 4-year-old and six-year-old will be doing the Friday morning class starting in the summer and would love to see their Drummond classmates there!

April is Autism Awareness Month and CoDAC will be posting a new bulletin board by the library. If you or your children have autism or a close relation/friend with autism, I would love input! I am also requesting help from siblings of or students with autism. I would like to put the board up the first week back from spring break. Please contact Sherry if you have ideas or children who want to help!
