Hi all,
As many of you know I work on an Iraq war exhibit called Eyes Wide Open (http://www.afsc.org/eyes).
It is going to be in Chicago in Grant Park (at Jackson and Columbus) today through Memorial Day, and there is going to be a kid’s/family event on Saturday, May 26 that I thought some in the Drummond Community might be interested in attending.
The event is called Chicago Children Step Up to Peace and will start at 10:30 and will feature playlets on non-violent conflict resolution by Child’s Play touring theater, a program on Iraqi children and culture by Jennifer Bing-Canar and music in Spanish and English by Mama Edie.
Feel free to email me if you have questions (), we would love to see you there!
